We know that planning your Walt Disney World® Resort vacation can be very stressful and overwhelming. Your Magical Dream Vacations Affiliated Travel Agent will help guide you with where to stay, help you choose which tickets are right for your vacation, events, VIP tours, etc. But what about park reservations, dining reservations, excursions, tours? The list goes on and on. Our Magical Dream Vacations Planners can help you weed through all of this, so when you arrive at Walt Disney World® Resort, you are set with a customized plan that will have you touring like a pro and ready to have a truly magical experience. Planning services are not just for those who book their vacation through a Magical Dream Vacations affiliated travel agent* but also for those who have booked their trip elsewhere and need a little extra help.

Basic Plan

$200*

Assistance with setting up your My Disney Experience and showing you how to use it so you are ready to go.
Advise you on which parks you should go to on which days and will assist you in securing your Park Reservations.
Ensure that you understand Disney’s Genie, Disney’s Genie+, and Lightning Lane Individual Attraction Selections and teach you how to optimize each of these to have the best Disney experience possible.
Provide information on booking dining and special Events and provide recommendations.
Provide basic touring information to help you design a plan that will optimize your days.
Send you a basic itinerary for your trip that includes which days you will be going to which parks, basic layout for each of your days, and general park information.

The cost for Basic Planning is $200* for your whole trip.

Concierge Plan

$400*

All services included in the Basic Plan
We will book your dining and special event reservations for you (based on availability)
A detailed itinerary that includes a ride-by-ride breakdown to help you avoid standing in the long lines you have heard so much about
‘Tips for your Trip’ emails with tidbits about little tips and secrets that will help you have a better time on your vacation
Your planner will act as a second person you can go to for the various questions that you have about your trip as they work in unison with your agent to help ensure you have a magical vacation

The cost for the Concierge Plan is $400* (or $200* to upgrade from the Basic Plan).

Note:

Once your plan is complete, we will deliver your itinerary to you in a digital format that will also include an easy to print out option should you prefer to have a printed copy. We can also print the documents out for you and mail them to you for an additional $50. Not sure which plan is right for you? You can start with the Basic Plan and upgrade to the Concierge level later if you decide you’d like the additional help.

Fees are non-refundable. If you need to change your dates, you may do so once without repaying for the service. After that, you will need to pay for a new plan.
