Magical Dream Vacations is dedicated to helping our clients create unforgettable vacations for their families. All of our agents strive to provide a first-class level of service for all of our clients. Here is the story of how we started:
In 2008, the owner of Magical Dream Vacations, Brenda Lyday, started to work as a travel agent under the umbrella of another agency. She had always had a passion for selling travel but had not pursued it before this time. With her vast knowledge and love of Disney, she specialized in creating magical vacations to Disney for all of her clients. Taking at least 2 Disney trips every year, rotating between Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii, she was always up on the latest information from all of these Disney products. In addition to the personal experience, she spent hundreds of hours reading up on all of the tips and tricks people used to optimize their Disney experiences. And she continues to work hard at keeping up with all of the changes happening.
In 2013, Brenda realized that she wanted more than just to help clients travel; she also wanted to help other people discover their place in the travel industry and set her sights on operating her own agency. She worked with another owner and learning everything she needed to do to start her agency. Realizing this dream, Magical Dream Vacations became an independent agency in January 2015. We started with three agents and have expanded since then. We hope to expand even further. Our agents have the same dedication to knowing the products they sell to our clients, so when our clients leave for vacation, they can rest assured that they have the best information to help them have a genuinely Magical Vacation!

The hours spent researching, studying, learning, and personally exploring the various destinations and vacation options we sell ensures our clients get the best, most accurate information about their vacations. Our goal is to make the vacation planning process as simple and seamless for our clients so they feel like VIPs from the moment they contact us until they return home from vacation.
