Step 1- Your agent will set up a free 30-minute phone consultation with you to discuss your vacation hopes and dreams, the various options we can offer for your vacation, answer your initial questions, and create a starting plan.

Step 2- If you are ready to move forward, a credit card authorization and customer agreement will be emailed to you. Once you have returned these and paid for the planning fee, your agent will move forward with Step 3.

Step 3- Your agent will create a personalized quote that includes hotels/resorts, event/park tickets, special activities, travel insurance, flights (where applicable,) and any additional activities that you have requested. Your agent can send you up to 3 different itineraries for you to choose from.

    *Note if none of the 3 quotes match what you are looking for, your MDV agent will work with you to make tweaks to meet your needs.

Step 4- Once you’ve selected your itinerary, your agent will again send over the payment authorization and terms and conditions information for you to fill out and will then proceed with reserving your chosen itinerary.

    *Note that all itineraries and pricing are subject to change until all elements are officially booked.)

Step 5- Your agent will continue to monitor any changes that might occur and keep you updated on the latest information for your travel destination. Dining reservations and other activity reservations that become available will be booked and scheduled for you. Your agent will be available to answer your questions as you wait for your vacation to arrive.

Step 6- Your agent will keep you informed of when any final payment deadlines are approaching to ensure that all is taken care of.

Step 7- Approximately 2 weeks before travel, your agent will send you a finalized itinerary with all of the details of your vacation.

Step 8- Should any problems arise while traveling, your agent will be there to assist in any way they can.
